Body Scan Meditations for Ease and Deep Sleep offers structured lessons and guided practice to provide coaches with the foundational tools to lead trauma-informed body scans.
This course offers the tools needed to implement self-care practices to cultivate a compassionate and attentive coach presence. No prior yoga or meditation experience is needed and variations will be offered for individuals with limited mobility.
