Clients experiencing emotional, psychological, and mechanical/physical stress can be left feeling exhausted, anxious, and unable to move ahead with their life’s goals as a result of sleep disruptions. Over time, sleep deprivation can lead to frustration, discouragement, and eventually burnout.
Body Scan Meditations for Ease and Deep Sleep offers structured lessons and guided practice to provide coaches with the foundational tools to lead trauma-informed body scans. Coaches will be prepared to offer body scans to a variety of populations including those with no prior meditation experience and individuals with limited mobility. Coaches will learn to incorporate this knowledge effectively in individual and group sessions.

Participants will pass a 4 question post-test demonstrating knowledge with a score of 75% or higher.
