Coaches experiencing emotional and physical stress can be left feeling exhausted, anxious, and distracted.
This stress negatively impacts the ability to build client rapport through a calm and mindful presence. The tools needed to implement self-care practices to cultivate a compassionate and attentive coach presence are demonstrated through movement and mindfulness-based micro-practices. These include practices to boost energy, calm the nervous system, and cultivate a clear and compassionate mind. No prior yoga or meditation experience is needed and variations will be offered for individuals with limited mobility.
This 1 module course is offered asynchronously.
At the conclusion of the module coaches will:
Asynchronous on-demand through a third-party platform
Guided practice(s) and demonstration of the micro-practices
Coaches who have an interest in mind/body practices as a tool to cultivate a calm, compassionate, and mindful coach presence.
